Manor Farm is a specialist carp, bream, pike and match fishery based in Bedfordshire. The site offers 7 lakes set in 86 acres of woodland with excellent facilities including a huge on-site tackle shop. Scroll down to see the map, links to information on the individual lakes and an aerial video.

Becks Lake

An excellent runs water with plenty of carp from high teens to mid twenties. Bream, tench, roach, perch and pike are also present. More Information.

Blunham Lake

A perfect pleasure lake, ideal for beginners, holding a wide range of coarse fish including plenty of double figure carp  with some over 20lb. More Information.

Booneys Lake

Booneys Lake is popular for pike fishing in the winter months, as well as holding an excellent head of rudd, roach, tench and carp to mid 30s. More Information.

The Carp Lake

Perhaps our most popular lake with every chance of landing a twenty with fish going up to 35lb. Carp Lake also holds some stunning Koi and a good head of rarely fished for tench. More Information.

Damsel Lake

This is an excellent 5 acre runs water with an average depth of 6-8ft. Carp to 25lb and plenty of teen size and low 20 carp and a good head of fair sized bream. More Information.

Winters Lake

One of our tougher waters due to the weed and size of fish, but plenty of opportunity to land a a 30 plus and is the lake where you are most likely to land a large 20. More Information.

The Match Canal

Bags approaching 150lbs have been taken during 5 hour matches, making the Match Canal a brilliant venue for clubs and group bookings. More Information.

The River Ivel

Running along the rear of the fishery is the River Ivel, a wonderful meandering stretch of the river with a variety of river bed conditions and features. More Information.
