You can tell the seasons are changing here at Manor Farm, the geese have gone, blackberrys are ripening on the bush and mushrooms are popping up everywhere, but there is still plenty of fishing to be had before the first autumn frosts. A group of 7 friends booked Winters Lake for the weekend and between them they caught 28 fish. The largest to Justin Clark at 31lb. (pictured) Lee Garnish banked 7 to 24lb, Ricky had 5 to 27lb and Lee the tiler had 4 to 24lb and Sean had 3 to 20lb. On Carp Lake Hayes Thasan caught 11 fish to 20lb while regulars Michael Buckingham, Nicky cresswell and Dean Dias took 11 to 24lb, Dean finding form with a beautiful 16lb 8oz koi and once again catching the biggest fish of the three. On Becks Lake Kevin Clark caught a 23lb common with a solid bag and Essential Cell wafter; Johnny Roberts and Richard Oliver took 7 carp to 18lb and a 9lb bream. On Booneys John Ryder picked up an 18lb at 10pm and a 23lb at 5am on Sticky Krill, his boilie tipped with a piece of fake corn.
